Poll Movie Command
Create a movie poll, or use poll_id to vote with private buttons
To create a poll, choose at least title1 and title2. title3 and title4 are optional.
To vote in an existing poll, provide its poll_id. Your voting buttons are private.

Minimum: 1. Maximum: 300.

How long the poll remains open, in minutes.
Default: 60.
Minimum: 1. Maximum: 10080.
- poll_idOptional
The saved record ID shown by the corresponding command.
